I enjoy painting fun ties to wear when I teach and making anatomy jokes. My next tie is going to be decorated with cervical vertebrae so I can call it my "neck" tie. I teach A&P labs at BYU-Idaho and am going to start graduate school in the fall so I can teach anatomy and physiology full-time.
I am a stop-motion animator and enjoy any excuse I can get to make videos. This is a video I made about smooth muscle contraction for the BYU-Idaho physiology textbook . . . I took over 3,000 individual photos for the animation and recorded the sound effects myself. It's probably the funnest smooth muscle contraction video on earth.
