McGill University, Canada
I'm an assistant professor in the department of anatomy and cell biology in the faculty of medicine at McGill University. I am currently working at the Outaouais Campus, where I teach anatomy, embryology and histology to francophone students as well as a course director, Physician apprenticeship. I graduated from the University of Hassan II where I trained as a medical doctor (1994) and specialized in general surgery (2000). At the University of Ottawa, I completed a Graduate Diploma in Population Health Risk Assessment and Management (2013), a Master of Health Professions Education (2016) and a certificate in university pedagogy (2023). My current research interests are pedagogical innovations with an emphasis on the implementation of the socio-constructivist approach in the anatomy laboratory and global health education as well as sharing my teaching philosophy through the creation of conceptual frameworks.
